From the amenities and warm, homey interiors, to the meticulous maintenance program, each hotel goes the extra mile to make a stay at one of our managed properties a memorable experience.
We also aim to promote our member with our values. Revenue sharing is arranged by 2% of management fee based on nett revenue. Incentive fee 7% if GOP is more or the same as 31% , 6% if GOP is less or the same as 28% -31% , 5% if GOP is less than 28%. Sales and marketing contribution is 1% from nett room revenue. License & royalty fee is 0.5% from nett revenue.
We will return 100% of incentive fee if in the end of the year the GOP is minus.
